    2. On page 2, line 9, after the comma, strike the remainder of

    3. On page 3, line 3, strike "A" and strike lines 4 through 9.

    4. On page 7, line 13, after the comma, strike the remainder

of the line, strike line 14 and strike line 15 through the comma.

    5. On page 8, line 21, after the comma, strike the remainder
